1. Standard Cancellation Terms

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in date 50% of booking amount will be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

• No Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in, advance is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Request Process

• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference.
• Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written/email acknowledgment from our team.

4. Group Bookings

For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the guesthouse for details.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
