We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage room availability effectively.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

• Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-show will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special or promotional rates may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking and are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Request Process

• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference.
• Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written/email acknowledgment from our team.

4. Group Bookings

For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the guesthouse for details.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
